Michelle Rarrat

As a Wealth Management Coordinator at Sankey Wolf Group, my primary responsibilities revolve around investment account opening and client servicing. I also oversee the staff and operations of the Wealth Management Department at our firm. I take great pride in ensuring that our clients' needs are met promptly and efficiently. From the initial account setup to ongoing support, I strive to provide superior service that exceeds our clients' expectations. With over four years of experience in the financial services industry, I have had the privilege of working in various roles that have shaped my passion for client service and investment management.

Prior to embarking on my professional career, I obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Business Information Management from Moraine Valley Community College.  Before joining Sankey Wolf Group, I worked at COTG, A Xerox Company, where I gained valuable experience in customer relations and administrative support. This experience provided me with a strong foundation for my current role as a Wealth Management Coordinator.

What motivates me in my role is the positive culture at Sankey Wolf Group. Our team meetings and trainings foster a collaborative environment that encourages personal and professional growth. I find immense satisfaction in helping our clients and making them happy. This job gives me the opportunity to continuously learn and understand the various options available for investing, which is something I am truly passionate about. One of my main goals is to make our clients feel welcomed and taken care of. I believe that exceptional service is the cornerstone of any successful client relationship. We go above and beyond to fulfill any and all client requests, striving to provide the highest level of service and support.

Outside of work, I find joy in spending time with my husband and our two children. Both of our kids are incredibly active, so when I leave the office, I am usually running them around to sports and activities. We embrace their passions and make sure they don't miss any opportunities. As a family, we love to travel, especially to water parks and beaches. These experiences allow us to create lasting memories and enjoy quality time together.
