My primary responsibilities revolve around monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax return preparation, sales tax reporting, and tax deposits. My journey in accounting began at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL, where I pursued my education and laid the foundation for my career. Before joining the Sankey Wolf Group, I gained valuable experience at the Bovard CPA Group, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of accounting principles. To further enhance my professional qualifications, I obtained the Licensed Certified Public Accountant certification in Illinois, solidifying my expertise in the field.

What motivates me in my role as a Senior Accountant is the satisfaction of meeting deadlines and targets. The sense of accomplishment that comes with delivering accurate and timely financial reports is unparalleled. Additionally, I find great excitement in continuously learning new processes, software, and complex workflows for clients in various industries. The dynamic nature of accounting keeps me engaged and ensures that I am constantly expanding my knowledge base. Originally from Cicero, Illinois, I currently reside in Joliet with my loving husband, Irving, and our two wonderful children, Miley and Emilio. Outside of my professional commitments, I have a deep passion for making and tasting food. Exploring different cuisines and experimenting with flavors is both a creative outlet and a source of joy for me. Additionally, I find solace in drawing and painting with my children.
